COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

Our Competitive Program offers Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics teams for kids and adults from 6 years of age onwards. While developing a high skill level and training to excel in competition is an end goal, our underlying philosophy is about pursuing personal excellence. Coaches support gymnasts in reaching their goals and achieving success at the level that’s right for them.

Through hard work in a committed team environment, participants learn as much about themselves as they do about high-level gymnastics. Coaches are as proud of the people they see their gymnasts become, as they are of their performance!

The Competitive Program requires considerable time commitment. Our youngest gymnasts train twice a week for a total of 4 to 6 hours, while our older ones train from 9 to 24 hours a week. It’s no wonder our athletes say that the gym becomes like a second family!

Our Competitive Program is run by two NCCP Level 4 coaches and their highly qualified coaching staff. Under their direction, team members can train to compete at a Provincial, National or Elite level, depending on their age and ability.

Each gymnast is coached to do their personal best, and the safety, health and wellness of each child is a priority.

Who is this program for? Gymnasts who are interested in learning high-level gymnastics skills, competing, and who have been invited to join due to their skills, work ethic and commitment.

assessment camps

Entry into our Competitive Program is by invitation or assessment only. Assessment camps are held in the spring and summer.  The camps give you a look at the skills and conditioning required to participate in our Competitive Program, and give coaches an opportunity to assess your abilities. At the conclusion of the camp, you will receive a report advising which program is the best fit for you.

Participation in an assessment camp is subject to a fee and does not guarantee a spot in the program. Please contact the office or view the Sign Up schedule, to see when the next assessment camp is scheduled.
