The Advanced Recreational Gymnastics and SuperStar Gymnastics Program
This is for Girls Recreational Gymnastics articipants that seek to challenge themselves and want to commit to learning new and difficult skills. Participants in these classes learn a fundamental set of skills necessary to pursuing advanced gymnastics, which includes at least one ½ hour of every class doing conditioning/strengthening exercises. As part of this program participants learn a routine on each of the women’s events (vault, bars, beam and floor). Athletes in the program also have the chance to train on a consistent basis with the same group throughout the year - a great opportunity for new friendships!!
