Delta Gymnastics offers a variety of cross-training and dryland training for sports teams and athletes.

 

 

 

 

 

Jeff Pauliuk, a Level 4 certified coach, will take you through specific drills and exercises focused on:

 

 

 

 

 

Most youth team sports have tremendous power demands. However, these consist of short bursts that are very short in duration. Improved fitness and overall athletic ability can drastically improve performance during games and practice. We can help you develop the fitness and athleticism to meet the demands of your sport! Our program is geared to address aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, speed, quick hands and feet, agility, reaction and coordination skills, dynamic flexibility and both overall strength and core strength.
