Learn basic gymnastics skills while having fun and getting fit! Our 5 and 6 year-olds will be introduced to the idea of a structured gymnastics class as they work on levels one to four of the Delta Gymnastics Achievement program. Our older gymnasts (7 yrs and up) will continue to develop their skills on all the equipment in the gym as they progress through Delta Gymnastics Achievement program levels one to eight.

Gymnasts can register for individual, seasonal sessions, or the 10-month Team Fun Gymnastics Program.

10-Month Registration Package

Boys and girls who want to learn how to do a cartwheel, swing from bars, jump on a trampoline, get fit, and have better balance, strength and coordination for other sports. It’s also a great starting point for kids who are interested in progressing to more advanced gymnastics.

Gymnasts progress through eight levels based on Delta Gymnastics Achievement program. Each level represents approximately 30 skills – some may take only one session to complete, while others may take multiple sessions.

At the end of each session, you will be given a progress report. To complete a level, you must master all of its skills – once that’s done, you can progress to the next level!

To see which skills are being taught and tested at each level, please open the progress reports in the class descriptions.

Team Fun teaches the same skills as the individual classes, but children meet once a week, at the same time, with the same coach, for 10 months – from September to June.

The Team program is designed so that kids can have consistent, long-term skill development with the same coach. It helps them achieve goals and gives them a regular group of friends to practice with each week.

For parents, it eliminates having to register for each session, the possibility of being waitlisted, and it helps you plan your schedule. As an added bonus, team members get a bodysuit (girls) or t-shirt (boys).

  • Classes: 1.5 hours, once a week.

  • Team program: 1.5 hours, once a week.

  • Gymnasts will be sorted into groups based on both level and age.

  • Team program gymnasts must read and sign the Gymnast Code of Conduct set out by the coaching staff.
