Learn basic gymnastics skills while having fun and getting fit! Our 5 and 6 year-olds will be introduced to the idea of a structured gymnastics class as they work on levels one to four of the Delta Gymnastics Achievement program. Our older gymnasts (7 yrs and up) will continue to develop their skills on all the equipment in the gym as they progress through Delta Gymnastics Achievement program levels one to eight.
Gymnasts can register for individual sessions, or the 10-month Team Fun Gymnastics Program.
Gymnasts progress through eight levels based on Delta Gymnastics Achievement program. Each level represents approximately 30 skills – some may take only one session to complete, while others may take multiple sessions.
At the end of each session, you will be given a progress report. To complete a level, you must master all of its skills – once that’s done, you can progress to the next level!
To see which skills are being taught and tested at each level, please open the progress reports in the class descriptions.
The Team program is designed so that kids can have consistent, long-term skill development with the same coach. It helps them achieve goals and gives them a regular group of friends to practice with each week.
For parents, it eliminates having to register for each session, the possibility of being waitlisted, and it helps you plan your schedule. As an added bonus, team members get a bodysuit (girls) or t-shirt (boys).
