The High School Program is a co-ed program for all abilities – from beginner to advanced. Teens can come out and learn new skills, increase strength and fitness, and meet new friends. There's also an option to train to represent and compete for your high school. DGS has one of the biggest and strongest high school teams in BC!

Students in Grades 8 to 12 – beginner gymnasts to elite athletes – who want to learn some gymnastics skills, have fun, and enhance their performance in other sports or want to compete for their high school.
For those wanting to compete, we support them in competing in local competitions, so that they can qualify for BC Secondary School Championships.
The program runs September-June (10 months), usually for fall registration. You can register online, call us 604-943-0460, or in person at DGS.
