NINJA CLASSES: 9 yrs and up

A technique based, energetic integration of gymnastics, trampolining, parkour and obstacle training. Through ninja training these classes will teach strength, coordination, body awareness, and agility to progressively develop skills, and conquer in-class physical and team challenges.


Children and teens who love to run, climb, and jump, but want to improve their strength and agility in a structured setting.


  • Ninja Class: 1 hour, once a week for ages 9 to 12.

  • Ninja Xtreme: 1.5 hours, once a week for ages 12+


  • Classes run in sessions: fall, winter, spring and summer.

  • Registration for fall, winter spring and summer sessions are done prior to the session starting. Registration is done on a first-come-first-served basis.
