Superman is an advanced program under the direction of the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) program. The program is available from 6-12 years of age and leads to either the High school program or invitation to the MAG program.
It is designed for boys that have shown aptitude for gymnastics by demonstrating good listening, an ability to work on their own, and interest in trying advanced skills.
This program falls under our advanced program umbrella and enrollment is by invitation or assessment by a senior coach or coordinator. Please contact the program coordinator, Richard Woo, for further information.

There is a minimum commitment of 1 class a week (2 hours), but some boys choose to come twice a week.

The program is available from 6-12 years of age and leads to either the High School program or invitation to the MAG program.

There is the opportunity to attend competitions in a performance category called Interclub for an additional cost. All boys will work on routines on the 6 MAG apparatus throughout the season.
