For ages 4 and up!
DGS is a unique destination for birthday parties. It’s 15,000 square feet of fun, filled with mats, ropes and foam pits! Our energetic instructors lead the party through one hour of activities in the gym, followed by 45 minutes in a party room.
We have time slots available for birthday parties every Saturday. Our parties are very popular and can get booked up to three months in advance!
Large room: $250 for 12 children (including the birthday child, maximum of 12 for 4-year-old birthdays)
Small room: $230 for a maximum of 12 children (including the birthday child)
If renting the large room, additional children for parties for ages 5+ are permitted (up to a total of 22) for a cost of $10 per child. Please let the office know if you plan to invite more than 12 people to accommodate for staffing needs.
Full payment is required at time of booking; refunds are available for cancellations up to 3 weeks in advance of the party. There will be a $25 admin fee when a refund is issued. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
TRAMPOLINE USAGE CHANGES
As of 2022, new insurance regulations regarding trampoline use in gymnastics facilities throughout the province of British Columbia have been put in place. Trampolines, mini tramps, and tumble tracks can only be used by children aged 6+. Birthday parties for children younger than 6 are allowed, but the trampoline will not be included.
- The birthday child must be at least 3 turning 4 to book a party at DGS. Children must be 3 years or older and toilet-trained to participate.

Parties with a majority of children aged 3 and 4 are capped at 12 children maximum. These parties must have a 6:1 parent ratio in the gym and parents entering the gym must also sign an online waiver.
- Because of insurance reasons, only children aged 6+ are allowed to use the trampoline. The trampoline will be closed for parties where the birthday child is under age 6. (Please see below for further information)
